AEM Developer JD
Must have:
At least 7-8 years experience in Adobe Experience Management product handling AEM development role.
Strong Java programming foundation and hands on workflows, OSGI Service, Sling servlet, Sling Jobs, REST, JSON, SOAP based architecture.
Exposure to Coral / Granite UI, Adobe UI customization is a must
Deep understanding of AEM's security along with its Access Controls
Must have worked on AEM 6.5+ or newer versions with good experience in both AEM sites and assets projects plus hand-on with AEM as a Cloud experience is required.
Strong working experience in building Templates/Components/Sightly / Sling models/ Content fragments/ Experience fragments. Experience in exposure of authored content via Content fragment and JSON exporter APIs is desirable.
Understanding FE code for html to sightly mapping, good with JavaScript, and CSS understanding is a must have.
Understanding of core AEM components such as oak, sling and dispatcher, dispatcher filter rules etc.
Experience with Continuous Integration and Automated test execution using Junit5 and building tools such as Maven
Experience with working in Azure DevOps, GitHub, GIT commands and experience with working with a larger team with and have minimal code conflicts.
Experience building large scale web applications integrating with various
backend services.
Work with project managers and Product owners, project/country stakeholders to ensure that all project deliverables are on time and high quality.
Work collaboratively with other teams; QA, FE, PO and other stakeholders to gather requirements and understand the task at hand and involve in discovery sessions etc.
Good communication skills and ready to work with stakeholders from different countries & geographies and document and understand core technical processes.

Other CMS experiences like WordPress CMS will be an added advantage.
Ready to adapt to new ways of working and flexible to shift to projects with ease.
