KONE Business Services (KBS) is looking for a transformation, process & operations development professional with hands on Sell to Cash process experience
and a solid business background to support our global vision of becoming more effective business partners and more efficient in the end-to-end process transactions.
The purpose of this position is to drive the End-to-End (E2E) transformation agenda in KBS, defining & driving the KONE Way, priorities and roadmaps with GPOs / BL / global functions/ Area leadership.
As the global Process Manager, Sell to Cash Excellence you are accountable for:
- Program manager in KONE Business Services - the E2E process transformation
- Ensure clear and up-to-date E2E transformation roadmaps (KONE Business Services)
- Ensure KONE Way is properly defined, documented and tools implemented for business services operations harmonization purposes
- Ensure all contributors understand their roles & responsibilities, and the overall KONE WAY process and operating model
- Ensure clear approach to map deviations in the units vs. KONE Way
Sell to Cash, S2C = Customer data, Contract data & management, Billing incl. e-Invoicing, Collections & Dispute Management, Cash Application, AR Management.
Main responsibilities
- Working closely with the Global Business Lines, Functions and Process Owners act as their Go-To person in KBS
- E2E transformation roadmap development and deployment in KONE Business Services
- Support Process Owners in defining KONE Way & document:
- E2E process KPI definitions and reporting in a common tool
- Define how we drive standardization - documentation of KONE Way Global Operating Procedures
- Support Operating Model development considering E2E depedencies
- Monitor and drive process compliance, make sure processes are deployed and used as designed
- Drive Lean in S2C E2E process
Performance will be measured from multiple perspectives to ensure strong integration business outcomes and end to end process optimization:
- Level 1 – Executive language, business outcomes
- Level 2 – E2E Process KPIs
- Level 3 – Sub-process KPIs
- Level 4 – Transformation progress KPIs
Requirements for the role
- 5+ years of previous professional experience in a leadership/subject matter expert role within Order-to-Cash process (end-to-end process)
- Organizational transformation experience preferred
- Knowledge of Lean methology would be beneficial
- English language on an advanced & fluent level
- Ability to identify priorities and find proper solutions
- Strong communication & influencing skills (matrix and multifunctional set-up)
