Role Overview

As a Process Manager, Operations, you will play a key role in designing, optimizing, and implementing process improvements across fulfillment centers, last-mile delivery, and warehouse automation. Reporting to the Head of Product Management, you will work closely with Product Owners and developers, ensuring that business requirements are translated into well-defined process designs and technical solutions.

This role is highly analytical and hands-on, requiring expertise in process mapping, data analysis, and documentation. You will be responsible for detailed design of new features, identifying inefficiencies, optimizing workflows, and ensuring smooth implementations across multiple sites. Your work will directly contribute to scaling one of the most advanced e-grocery operations in Europe, leveraging automation, AI-driven decision-making, and process excellence.

What we expect from you / the position to perform
  • Owns process analysis & optimization, identifying inefficiencies in fulfillment center and last-mile delivery processes

  • Develops and documents detailed process designs, ensuring alignment with operational needs

  • Utilizes Lean, Six Sigma, and structured methodologies to optimize workflows

  • Defines and tracks process KPIs, measuring improvement impact

  • Translates business requirements into detailed process specifications for software development teams

  • Partners with Product Owners and developers to implement process-driven solutions

  • Validates proposed solutions with operations, engineering, and local teams before rollout

  • Supports business case development (benefits, budgets, timelines)

  • Documents SOPs and ensures readiness for process rollouts across multiple locations

  • Provides input to continuous improvement roadmaps and strategic operations initiatives

  • Acts as a bridge between operations and product development, ensuring effective communication and change management

What we look for / what we requireRequired
  • 2–3 years of experience in operations, process optimization, or logistics in fast-paced environments (e-commerce, automotive, JIT logistics)

  • Strong process analysis and problem-solving skills, with tools such as DMAIC, VSM, Ishikawa, SIPOC

  • Data-driven mindset, able to analyze KPIs and recommend improvements

  • Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, advanced functions)

  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications

  • Strong documentation skills (SOPs, change management)

  • English proficiency (B2 minimum)

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% (sites across 5 countries)

Preferred
  • Lean Six Sigma certification or structured process improvement experience

  • Knowledge of SQL, BI tools, or statistical analysis software

  • Experience in agile environments, collaborating with software development teams

  • Familiarity with warehouse automation, robotics, or AI-driven logistics
