Process Intelligence and Data Analytics - Vice President

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing team in a fast paced and challenging area? This is a unique opportunity for you to work in the Data Analyst team to partner with the Business.
As a Senior Process Intelligence and Data Analytics Specialist within our COS Transformation team, you will be instrumental in utilizing digital technology to propel transformation analytics. Your expertise in data analytics, process mining, and data science will be vital as you manage programs from inception to completion. Your analytical mindset will be key in identifying opportunities for improvement within processes and spearheading continuous improvement in collaboration with the business.
Job Responsibilities:

• Lead Digital Process Discovery projects, managing them end-to-end, including business casing, scoping, and delivery.
• Utilize process mining techniques to analyze process behavior and identify improvement opportunities.
• Implement real-time process monitoring using streaming data to enhance process efficiency.
• Conduct data-driven root cause analysis to address process conformance issues and inefficiencies.
• Drive projects from scoping, data collection, processing, modeling, implementation, to evaluation.
• Collaborate with the U.S. Process Intelligence team to facilitate advanced process analytics, ensuring continuous results through a \"follow the sun\" model.
• Partner with leadership to develop innovative Process Intelligence solutions and work with the business to define use cases and generate new ideas.

Required Qualifications, capabilities and skills:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in process mining, computer science, statistics, or a related field.
• 9+ years of robust experience in statistical analysis, process mining, and process analysis.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with relevant libraries (e.g., PM4PY) and frameworks for predictive process mining and monitoring.
• Proven ability to provide data analytics for senior management and translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations.
• Experience with data pipelining and data visualization tools, such as Alteryx, Tableau.
• Strong ability to partner with a broad range of internal teams, especially business and technology, to achieve results and effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and tell a compelling story.
