As an Intel Mask Operations (IMO) Process Integration Development Engineer, you will join an energetic, diverse group of engineers developing new mask processes and sustaining existing process lines. You will collaborate with tool owners and modules to deliver high-quality mask process solutions with a goal to enable Intel Foundry to be a world class semiconductor manufacturing operation.
As a Process Integration Development Engineer, you will:
Develop and sustain cutting edge mask processes.
Build correction models to improve mask CD uniformity.
Collect, analyze and present data to process engineers to drive continuous process improvements.

Qualifications:You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your degree, research and or relevant previous job and or internship experiences.
Minimum Qualifications:
US Citizenship required.
BS with 7 years experience or Masters or Ph.D. in an engineering/science discipline with 2+ years' experience.
Ability to obtain and maintain active US Government clearance.
Scripting in Python, or similar like C++
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years' experience in semiconductor processing.
Experience with of EDA (Electronic Design Automation) tools, especially mask process correction (MPC) related flows.
Experience in semiconductor processing.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $133,800.00-255,200.00 USD
