Key Responsibilities may include but not limited to:
• Conduct yield and failure analysis to identify root causes and implement solutions that enhance product yield and reliability
• Analyze structured and unstructured data using advanced statistical methods, machine learning, and data mining techniques to extract actionable insights
• Develop and implement advanced methodologies and techniques to improve analysis quality, efficiency, and manufacturing processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, product engineering, and manufacturing to resolve complex technical challenges
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement quality programs to optimize manufacturing performance and standards • Evaluate materials, processes, and techniques used in production to ensure compliance with quality and reliability requirements
• Specify and develop inspection and testing mechanisms to identify and address non-conformances and process deviations • Lead technology transfer efforts and new product qualifications from development through high-volume manufacturing
• Perform risk assessments and manage process changes to prevent quality excursions and ensure manufacturing readiness
• Develop tools, algorithms, and systems for high-volume data analysis to identify critical process improvements and yield enhancement opportunities
Annual Salary Range for jobs to be performed in Rio Rancho, NM: $130,866 - $170,630 USD
This position requires work at the Intel site at least 4 days per week in accordance with company policy.
