Team introduction
We design and implement impactful programs within Catalog and Listing Excellence to drive continuous improvement.
We develop policies and processes to enhance both seller and customer experience. Ensure stakeholders and cross-functional teams effectively execute their programs to support Coupang’s business growth.
What you will do
- Collaborate with stakeholders within the Sales, Product, Supply Chain, Catalog, and corporate teams to enhance product discoverability and customer trust.
- Drive Business growth initiatives by improving traffic, discoverability, and competitiveness to boost conversion.
- Develop programs to enhance seller and customer experience, identify pain points, and implement improvements to streamline processes.
- Leverage data-driven insights to drive initiatives, secure tech support, and measure success through key metrics.
- Establish SOPs, policies, and process improvements for seamless operations while addressing inefficiencies with strategic solutions.
- Lead program planning and execution, working closely with senior management and key stakeholders.
- Assess potential partners to accelerate sales growth and enhance overall user experience.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience, including managing a team of at least 2 to 3 people
- Fluent in both English and Korean.
- Strong intellectual curiosity to challenge the status quo and adapt to evolving business needs.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use data and logic to validate issues and drive decisions.
- Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred requirements
- Bachelor's or bachelor's degree in a related field (MBA, MS) preferred.
- Experience in E-commerce, Catalog Quality, or Consumer Analysis/Market Research (Sales management/support experience preferred).
