As our Process Improvement Specialist, you'll drive meaningful change across Post Trade Operations. Your work directly impacts how we clear and settle customer transactions across ASX, Cboe Australia, and 15 international exchanges. You'll enhance processes that help customers manage their investments, from cash transactions to custodial services and tax reporting.

What you’ll be working on

• Take ownership of process improvements that make a real difference to our operations and customers.

• Work collaboratively across teams, identify inefficiencies and create solutions that enhance our service quality.

• Create and maintain comprehensive procedures in Confluence, ensuring best practice and consistency across the organisation.

• Analyse complex operational data with Power BI and translate insights into actionable improvements.

• Communicate recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and adoption.

• Identifying process inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.

• Identifying potential compliance and legal issues in operational processes, collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure adherence to relevant legislation and regulations.

What Type Of Person Will Be Successful

You’ll have the opportunity to build macros, dashboards, and automated pipelines in Excel, and bring insights to life using tools like Power BI. If you’ve worked with Equities or supported post-trade operations, that experience will be a huge advantage , but most importantly, we’re looking for someone who loves transforming data into action and is excited to make a real impact.
