BHS Corrugated is looking for a Process Improvement Specialist to enhance efficiency and streamline operations. In this role, you’ll analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions to improve productivity. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and optimize processes to improve efficiency.
- Develop and implement solutions, including automation and technology enhancements.
- Lead change management efforts and ensure successful implementation.
- Support financial transactions, including invoices and credits.
- Assist in improving customer satisfaction for BHS NA.
- Work closely with leadership and participate in cross-functional projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in process improvement or business process reengineering.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel regularly.
