Process Improvement Specialist -Contract Position

Responsibilities
- Responsible for inserting and removal of wafers from the wafer line
- Tracking and reporting on status of all wip
- Identify way to reduce hold time
- Identify ways to increase turns
- Work with Engineers and operations to move wafers
- Build short flow wafers
- Meet established metrics and KPI’s
- Rectify operational issues with manufacturing line
- Must be able to regularly move FOSB’s that weight ~25 pounds.
- Required to enter the clean room.
- Utilize SiView
Typical Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree is required in a related field.
- 2 years of related experience is required.
- Semiconductor experience is required.
Must be legally authorized to work in US without sponsorship.
- Preferred Skills and Education
- SiVIew experience is preferred
- Familiar with Albany Nanotech lab/fab and operations.
Schedules:
Starting Monday-Friday with the needed flexibility to move to Sunday-Thursday or Tuesday-Saturday

Salary Ranges$62,574.92 - $77,724.99
Individual pay is determined based on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skills, job-related knowledge, relevant education, certifications, and/or training. In addition to base salary, we offer (full time regular employees ) a comprehensive benefits package and for certain roles eligibility in our bonus plan and long-term incentives as applicable.
