ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Process Improvement Specialist to join our growing team. This headcount is part of our strategic expansion as we increase our focus on embedding cutting-edge AI and intelligent automation across our global workflows. Sitting at the immediate intersection of business operations and technical automation capability, your primary mission will be to identify operational bottlenecks, map out existing complex workflows, and redesign them to be completely automation-ready and AI-native before any software is built or bought.

In this role, you will act as the crucial bridge between our business departments and technical automation specialists. You will get to work across all departments in the organization—collaborating directly with process owners, department heads, and your technical automation counterparts—to build strong business cases for change and design the workflows of the future. This is a highly autonomous position where you can truly leverage your creativity, change management skills, and ability to influence at all levels while seeing your ideas transform how our global business functions.
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Analysing and mapping existing business processes end-to-end to proactively identify inefficiencies, friction points, and automation potential.

  • Redesigning operations to ensure they are fully optimised, streamlined, and ready for AI integration before any engineering work begins.

  • Building clear, data-driven business cases that calculate exactly how much time or money a project will save to gain leadership sign-off.

  • Partnering closely with technical automation teams to define functional requirements, validate system feasibility, and prioritise the project pipeline.

  • Developing and executing change management and adoption strategies, including team training and communications, to make sure new tools are successfully embedded.

  • Running discovery workshops with stakeholders across all departments to surface new automation opportunities and champion a culture of continuous innovation.

  • Defining and tracking clear KPIs and operational success metrics for transformation initiatives, reporting performance directly to team leadership.

OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in process analysis, process improvement, or business transformation roles.

  • Strong analytical skills with proven experience mapping, redesigning, and optimising complex end-to-end business workflows.

  • A solid understanding of what RPA, AI, and automation technologies can achieve (no coding required, but you must know what tools are in the toolbox).

  • Proven experience driving organizational change and tool adoption to ensure solutions move from pilot phases into everyday business-as-usual.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with an ability to run workshops and comfortably influence at all levels.

NICE TO HAVES

  • Familiarity with structured process frameworks or methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or BPMN.

  • Prior experience within the iGaming industry.
