  • Ganzheitliche Analyse und Optimierung der Wertschöpfungskette zur Identifikation von Kosteneinsparpotenzialen in den Bereichen Rohstoffe, Logistik und Produktion

  • Zuständig für die Prüfung und Bewertung von Kosteneinsparungen, Verbesserungen bei Rohstoffen, Energieverbrauch, Logistik und Verarbeitungsprozessen

  • Leitung von Projekten zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung zur Steigerung der Gesamtanlageneffektivität (OEE), der Produktivität und der Prozessfähigkeit

  • Verbesserung der Prozessfähigkeit und der Fehlertoleranzquote

  • Bereichsübergreifende Projektleitung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, F&E, Einkauf, Logistik und Portfolio Management

Ihr Profil

Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Master-, Bachelor- oder Diplomstudium im Bereich Naturwissenschaften oder Ingenieurwesen und konnten bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung (idealerweise 3–5 Jahre) in der metallurgischen oder chemischen Industrie sammeln. Darüber hinaus besitzen Sie fundierte Kenntnisse in Lean Production, Prozessoptimierung sowie im Chemical Engineering und haben idealerweise eine Six-Sigma-Black-Belt-Zertifizierung. Sie sind erfahren in der Analyse von Prozessdaten und beherrschen Methoden wie Statistical Process Control (SPC) sowie strukturierte Root-Cause-Analysen. Zudem bringen Sie Erfahrung in der Optimierung von OEE-Kennzahlen, der Steigerung von Ausbeuten (Yield) sowie in der Bewertung und Verbesserung von Prozessfähigkeiten mit.

Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab.
