Job Description

Position Summary:

The Data & Analytics Process Improvement Manager is responsible for describing, training, implementing, and improving Supply Chain’s way of working in terms of processes, organization, tools, people. In this position, you will work closely with stakeholders throughout the Supply Chain domains in Vanderlande to develop digital solutions utilizing data analytics, digital process automations and artificial intelligence and machine learning. You are part of the North American Supply Chain Transformation Excellence Office which supports the North American Supply Chain Center.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage, align, prioritize and implement digital process improvements within North American Supply Chain domains
  • Perform data analysis tasks such as data modeling, data cleansing, and data visualization by building reports/dashboards
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders regarding research findings, presenting reports in written or verbal format, and providing recommendations for action based on findings
  • Conduct surveys/stakeholder feedback about internal customer preferences or satisfaction with digital products or services
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand and maintain focus on their analytical needs, including identifying critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Knowledge of and experience with products and tools used for data analytics and digital automation solutions development
  • Intermediate Excel, Python, R, SQL, PowerBI
  • English Language

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Master’s degree in related field
  • Prior experience in data analytics development in a business environment
