Process Improvement Engineer

Role Summary

Steel Point Solutions is seeking a Process Engineer to join our growing team! The Process Engineer will lead the design, analysis, development, and implementation of diverse, enterprise-wide business processes and application systems. The Process Engineer will work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement sustainable process improvements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze current processes, identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Design and develop new workflows and business processes to streamline operations and enhance performance.
• Conduct detailed studies to support system redesign, business process reengineering, and process improvement initiatives.
• Develop and manage implementation plans, ensuring seamless integration of changes across departments and systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to support the adoption and sustainability of new processes.
• Conduct change management activities to promote acceptance and proper execution of process improvements.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of new processes and propose continuous improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Secret Clearance Required
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, engineering, information technology, or organizational change or related field (In lieu of degree, four (4) years of additional experience substitutes)
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, process improvement, strategic planning, driver based performance management practices and program design
• 3+ years of personnel management experience

Preferred Experience

• Master’s Degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, engineering, information technology, or organizational change with U. S. Navy fleet experience
• Prior experience supporting the Navy
