Loyola Medicine is seeking a Process Improvement Consultant II to drive performance improvement across our organization. This role will standardize and optimize operational and clinical processes using Lean methodologies, with a focus on improving patient experience, regulatory compliance, and efficiency. You will lead and collaborate with internal teams and leadership to build internal capabilities, and apply tools like Green Belt, PMP/Advanced Lead Training, Rapid Improvement Events, A3 problem solving, and Value Stream Analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as an internal consultant, to facilitate Lean, Six Sigma, CAP, and Rapid Process Improvement methods.
- Develop and deliver training to build problem-solving skills at all organizational levels.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety, care quality, cycle time, rework reduction, financial stewardship, and employee satisfaction.
- Use data to identify gaps and recommend sustainable solutions.
- Work with leadership to prioritize improvements and measure success through KPIs.
- Support change management efforts to ensure successful implementation and sustainability.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business, Health Administration, or a related field required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- 5–7 years of experience leading Lean transformation initiatives with demonstrated, sustained results in process improvement.
- Experience in clinical improvement initiatives is highly desirable.
- Advanced Lean Training; Lean Green Belt preferred.
Compensation:
Pay Range: $90,896 - $140,920 per year
Actual compensation will fall within the range but may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, education, location, licensure, certification requirements, and comparisons to colleagues in similar roles.
