This role is responsible for defining and embedding process governance across Risk Adjustment.
The Process Governance Lad translates policy into operational frameworks, standards, and controls, ensuring consistent execution, measurable outcomes, and reduced operational risk across the function. The role owns governance implementation outcomes, proactively identifying risk and driving remediation to strengthen audit readiness.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and execution of process governance initiatives across Risk Adjustment and adjacent operational functions, ensuring consistent standards and controls across interconnected processes
- Implement and embed clear links between policies, SOPs, and documentation standards
- Review work produced by business teams and SMEs, providing clear, practical recommendations to meet governance standards
- Identify business critical policies and processes and define outcome based KPIs and control frameworks, holding accountability for governance effectiveness
- Define and own the non conformance management framework, including intake, triage, root cause analysis, remediation, and closure
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on operational risk, providing insight from non conformance trends, audit findings, and KPI performance to inform risk-based decisions
- Coordinate remediation activity arising from audits, gap assessments, KPI trends, and non conformance analysis
- Oversee the creation, update, and governance of SOPs and supporting documentation in line with agreed standards
- Act as the key link between the process governance function and operational teams to drive adoption and consistent execution

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Healthcare Compliance, Auditing, Risk Management, or Technology, or equivalent professional experience
- Proven extensive experience in quality, compliance, governance, risk, audit, or regulated operational functions within regulated industries such as healthcare, life sciences, or financial services
- Proven experience conducting or supporting compliance, financial, and/or operational audits
- Demonstrated solid understanding of policy governance, document management, SOP lifecycle management, and documentation control frameworks
- Proven experience supporting or overseeing non conformance management, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Proven experience operating in multinational and cross jurisdictional environments
- Demonstrated ability to review the work of others, apply professional judgment, and provide informed recommendations
