Key Responsibilities:
Email support, navigation, might do calls – documentation for import and export in LAM region - CAC OTCX (Central America, Andina, and Caribbean Sea Area – One Team Customer Experience)
Able to quickly understand customer needs with regards to maersk.com and responds accurately and efficiently.
Able to analyze customer data to provide timely response related to import and export.
Who are we looking for:
Comfortable with non-voice and voice business transactions.
Excellent communication skills particularly excellent written and verbal English and ability to do multitask while handling multiple customers and applications.
With at least 1 year experience – in Customer Service, BPO, Shipping Industry for Voice and Non-voice in English Language.
Experience in handling Customer Service transactions/processes and dealing with direct customers preferred.
Bachelor's Degree graduate.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work under pressure and according to standard processes.
Strong service mindset with sense of urgency.
High attention to detail and critical thinker.
Team player, skilled in coordinating and working with different types of colleagues.
Open to occasional overtime.
Amenable to work in permanent graveyard shift and hybrid set up.
Open to work in Pasig City.
