Job Description
► You will take over a role as Process Expert in the area of Supply Chain Management with focus on Supply and Demand Planning
► You will drive the worldwide implementation of our new planning system Kinaxis Maestro and SAP S/4HANA
► You will be in charge to further develop process standards, design and implement new process requirements with focus on process optimization
► You will perform and support test activities, e.g. integration and regression tests incl. preparation of standard test cases
► You will create training material and documentation, train and coach user departments on how to apply standard processes in the new system environment
► Intensive communication, collaboration and change management in an international rollout team
Qualifications
► Relevant university degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science or Business Informatics, preferably with focus on Supply Chain Management
► Minimum 2 years work experience in consulting or industry in the area of Supply Chain Planning, preferably experience in Planning at Bosch Power Tools
► Good knowledge in Supply Chain Planning systems (preferably Kinaxis Maestro), SAP ERP system and PowerBI experience
► High initiative and ability to work independently, logical/analytical thinking, authority and persuasive power
► Ability to work in international and intercultural environment, willingness to travel (40%)
► Good communication, training and moderation skills, fluently in English
