Job DescriptionBecome part of our team! Together we continue to expand our fully automated 300 mm semiconductor production in Dresden:
- As a MEMS process developer, you are responsible for pre-development of novel unit processes / process modules for highly innovative future sensors in 300 mm
- You play a central role in transfer, adaption and development of new MEMS processes and equipment for our highly automated 300 mm line
- In cooperation with internal stakeholders, research institutes for fundamental development and equipment vendors, you pave the way to industrialization and high-volume production
- In addition, you will carry out economic feasibility studies and cost comparisons of new processes, technologies and systems under the framework of technical implementation, capacities and future requirements
- Furthermore, you plan and execute experiments autonomously, coordinate the necessary analyses and evaluate the results in close cooperation with the team
- Personality: Enthusiastic, problem-solving, assertive, self-initiated, creative, team player, able to work under pressure
- Working Practice: Team-oriented, systematic, goal-oriented, decisive
- Experience and Know-How: Several years of professional experience in the field or relevant PhD; Very good knowledge in sensor, micromechanics and semiconductor technology; Knowledge of relevant analytical methods beneficial; Excellent understanding of physical principles and interrelationships
- Language: Very good knowledge of English, German advantageous
- Education: Completed university studies (Master/Diploma/PhD) in engineering or natural sciences, physics, chemistry, material sciences or comparable qualification
