Our P2P Business
We optimize, automate, and standardize the End-to-End Procure to Pay (P2P) process, covering:
- Procure to Order (P2O)
- Purchase request to purchase order optimization
- Purchasing material master data
- Invoice management
- Data analytics, data mining, and robotics
As part of an agile and diverse team, you will contribute as a Process Expert in the Master Data Management and Parts on Stock feature team.
Your Role
- Drive process optimization and efficiency in Procure to Order (P2O), with a strong focus on purchasing master data maintenance and parts on stock processes.
- Collaborate with other process experts to ensure global standardization, seamless integration with IT tools, and efficient P2P processes.
- Identify and implement innovative automation solutions that bring real value to internal customers and users.
- Act as a sparring partner for stakeholders in operations and strategic purchasing, challenging the status quo and driving continuous improvement.
- Lead projects with an End-to-End mindset, leveraging the latest technologies in P2P Process Excellence.
Education:
Degree in Computer Science, Economics, Business IT, Purchasing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Mindset:
Passionate about learning, process-oriented, team-player, adaptable to change, and customer-focused. Strong communication and organizational skills, with a problem-solving attitude.
Working Style:
Self-driven, proactive, structured, and able to identify and resolve challenges independently.
Experience & Knowledge:
- Experience in Project Management and Procure to Pay (P2P) business processes.
- Solid expertise in SAP ERP.
- Knowledge of automation development, Power BI, or process mining tools is a plus.
Languages: Fluent in English (written & spoken); German is a plus.
