Together we are expanding our fully automated 300 mm semiconductor production in Dresden:
- As MEMS Process Developer (f/m/div.) you will be responsible for the pre-development of novel single processes/process modules for highly innovative magnetic sensors in 300 mm
- You will play a central role in the transfer, adaptation and development of new MEMS processes and devices for our highly automated 300 mm line; In cooperation with research institutes for basic development and equipment manufacturers, you will pave the way towards series production
- You will demonstrate a comprehensive understanding in carrying out economic feasibility studies and cost comparisons of new processes, technologies and systems under the framework conditions of technical realization, capacities and future requirements
- In addition, you will plan and conduct experiments autonomously, coordinate the necessary analyses and evaluate the results in close cooperation with the team
- You will pursue the development goals as part of a team of experts from different areas in close cooperation with front-end production and overall process development
- Personality: Solution-oriented, assertive, self-initiated, creative, enthusiastic, resilient
- Working style: Team-oriented, systematic, goal-oriented, decisive
- Experience and know-how: Very good knowledge of semiconductor technology and process development; Several years of relevant professional experience in the field of films (CVD/PVD) / etch; Knowledge of relevant analysis methods (FIB/REM) advantageous; Excellent understanding of physical principles and interrelationships
- Language: Very good knowledge of English, German advantageous
- Education: Completed university degree (Master/Diploma/PhD) in engineering or natural sciences, physics, chemistry, materials science or comparable qualifications
