- Conduct in-depth assessments of existing business processes to identify areas for improvement, inefficiencies, and bottlenecks.
- Utilize process mapping, data analysis, and other tools to gain a deep understanding of current operations
- Develop and implement process improvement
- Design and implement new or improved processes that are efficient, effective, and customer-centric
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of process improvements
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project progress and results to management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvement opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive consensus and engagement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or quality management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability o use data to drive decisions.
- Ability to lead change management efforts and influence cross-functional teams.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently and in teams.
- Strong experience with Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred), Kaizen, or other process optimization methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with QMS implementation, process audits, compliance, and process standardization is a plus.
- Experience in project management and working in cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent understanding of ISO standards and regulatory requirements related to quality management.
- Knowledge of process automation tools and workflow management systems is a plus.
- Willing to work in BSD, South Tangerang.
