Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and dynamic Product Specialist to oversee the maintenance of essential product-related documentation, analyze quality assurance data, and support training initiatives. This role is crucial in ensuring that internal teams and clients have access to accurate product information while facilitating effective training sessions to maximize performance and product knowledge. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and skilled at delivering impactful training and support.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Manage and revise client-specific Policies & Procedures (P&P) documents and FAQs.
• Analyze quality assurance data to identify trends and determine training needs.
• Conduct refresher training sessions for existing employees based on training need analysis.
• Lead new hire training programs to ensure team members are fully prepared for production by the end of training.
• Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries, supporting sales and customer service teams with expert insights.
• Develop and deliver engaging product presentations, training sessions, and demos for internal teams and clients to enhance understanding and adoption.

• Experience in product management, training, or quality assurance analysis.
• Strong attention to detail to maintain accurate documentation and identify quality gaps.
• Proficiency in training development and facilitation for both new hires and existing employees.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for client and internal training sessions.
• Ability to analyze data and trends to make informed recommendations for improvements.
