What you'll do
- Identify gaps in current operational processes and highlight key pain points across the end-to-end supply chain.
- Define and prioritize initiatives to improve and scale these processes.
- Design roadmaps to develop and improve key Operations processes.
- Work with internal teams to collect user needs and translate them into clear process or system requirements.
- Support Tech teams in understanding operational workflows and contribute to solution design.
- Define and track KPIs to measure process performance and improvement impact.
- Drive process improvement projects together with cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Operations, Tech, Finance, and other teams to improve processes.
- Document processes and share knowledge so teams can follow new standards.
- Facilitate workshops or training sessions to help teams adopt better processes.
Who we're looking for:
- 3–5 years of experience in process management, operations, continuous improvement, or project management.
- Basic understanding of supply chain processes such as planning, production, transportation, or fulfillment.
- Strong analytical and structured thinking skills.
- Ability to work with different stakeholders and align teams around improvements.
- Good understanding of system workflows and willingness to learn Emma's system landscape.
- Ability to translate technical processes into business processes and vice versa.
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement certifications are a plus.
- Experience with automation or data tools such as Python or SQL is a plus.
