As we continue to lead in premium lifestyle and design products, we are seeking a Process Excellence Manager - IBP & Planning Performance to drive excellence in our strategic and operational planning processes. In this critical role, you will lead the end-to-end IBP process, ensuring seamless alignment between demand, supply, and financial plans across our global wholesale, eCommerce, and own-retail channels. Your work will enhance product availability, optimize inventory levels, and foster collaboration across functions to achieve our business goals. 

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

In this dynamic role, you'll lead key initiatives that drive process excellence, efficiency, and innovation. Your work will ensure VITA Brands remain at the forefront of supply chain excellence, fostering strong cross-functional relationships, and delivering outstanding results across all channels. Although you will not have direct reports, you will inspire and drive excellence within the teams you collaborate with. 

 

  • Lead IBP Processes: Design, implement, and manage the IBP process to align global operations with business strategy 

  • Facilitate Collaboration: Coordinate monthly IBP and Executive IBP meetings, ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, finance, supply chain, and operations 

  • Integrate Demand and Supply: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure demand inputs and supply plans are aligned for seamless product availability 

  • Track and Enhance KPIs: Develop and monitor key performance indicators, such as product availability and inventory performance, providing actionable insights for leadership 

  • Support Strategic Decisions: Conduct scenario planning to evaluate the impact of market trends, promotions, and external challenges, delivering data driven recommendations 

  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement best practices to enhance IBP processes, focusing on accuracy, efficiency, and responsiveness 

  • Foster Collaboration: Build strong relationships across global business units and regions to ensure consistency in materials, messaging, and governance 

 

WHO YOU ARE 

You are a strategic thinker with a passion for optimizing supply chain processes and driving innovation. Your love for data allows you to translate complex information into actionable insights. You excel in communicating with diverse stakeholders and inspire seamless collaboration across global teams. 

 

  • Expertise and Experience: 7 to 10 years of experience in demand/supply planning, IBP, or related roles, ideally in a consumer goods or multi-channel retail environment 

  • Analytical Excellence: Strong skills in synthesizing data and providing actionable insights, with proficiency in tools like SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Oracle, Excel, Power BI, Python, or SQL 

  • Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to optimize planning in multi-channel environments while balancing short term priorities with long term goals 

  • Collaboration and Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of influencing at all levels of the organization 

  • Proactive Problem Solving: A detail oriented and innovative mindset dedicated to continuous improvement and collaboration
