- Assist in collecting process-related data through discussions, observations, and document reviews
- Support the creation, preparation, and periodic review of policy, SOPs, work instructions, and process templates
- Support coordination with relevant teams to gather data and clarify process details
- Support administrative and documentation activities within the Process Excellence team
Requirements
- Final year student or fresh graduate from System Information or Industrial Engineering or other related disciplines or related fields.
- Basic understanding of labour laws, HSE standards, and workplace safety practices.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of business processes and documentation
- Familiar with Microsoft Visio, Draw.io, or similar diagramming tools
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willing to work on-site in BSD, Tangerang.
