We are seeking a Process Engineering Technician to support manufacturing assembly operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role will support production lines through equipment troubleshooting, process monitoring, automation support, line changeovers, and continuous improvement activities. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting manufacturing processes, production equipment, and engineering teams while driving operational efficiency and minimizing downtime.
Principle Accountabilities:
- Performs set‑up of processing equipment.
- Monitors, audits and provides guidance to line operators.
- Processes test runs and prepares records (breakdown events, scrap, etc.), charts, and graphs of results for presentation to engineering to identify yield problems or test new products.
- Provides technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel.
- Line change configuration.
- Performs corrective maintenance.
- Follows escalation procedures.
Location: This role will initially be based in Austin, TX (Research Blvd.). Candidates must be willing to transition to our Georgetown, TX facility in 2027 as business operations are transferred to that location. Exact timing is subject to business needs.
Shift: 2nd Shift | 3PM to 11PM
Education / Experience
Typically requires an Associate’s Degree in related field, technical training or equivalent education and training. Successful completion of company provided training may be required. Typically requires 2-3 years of related experience.

Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is occasionally exposed to work that requires repetitive motion. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
