We are now hiring Process Engineering Manager to be placed across Plexus Sites
Job responsibilities:
• To develop high performance and motivated team with the right competencies and capability proactively to support continuous flawless execution and business growth
• To lead and drive manufacturing-engineering excellence by working with various functional leads, to ensure engineering capability meets/exceeds manufacturing requirements/standard in order to deliver quality products
• To render support to Program Management initiatives and activities, to meet/exceed customers' expectation
• To lead and drive process/product/equipment engineering activities in line with Plexus values and Leadership Behaviors to ensure compliance to industry standard, regulatory and customer requirements
• Provide technical leadership to site operations, establish technology roadmap and work closely with corporate and regional technical team pertaining to engineering development roadmap and improvements to achieve
• Establish equipment strategies, lead equipment and materials evaluations Implement continuous improvement programs and process controls related to Process Engineering.
• Leads project teams to optimize existing PCBA processes on a continuous basis.
• Any other relevant duties/responsibilities to be assigned from time to time
Job requirements:
• Degree in Engineering with minimum 10 years working experience or equivalent.
• Strong written communication skills, especially in the area of engineering analysis and spec writing.
• Strong oral communication skills across all levels within the organization.
• Sound technical knowledge and skills in complex printed circuit board assembly including wave soldering and system assembly processes.
• Management / supervisory skills.
