Job Summary:
Our client is looking for a Process Engineering Leader to
oversee and support manufacturing processes in a metal-mechanics with an an excellent manufacturing client.
This role is responsible for ensuring that production processes meet safety,
quality, delivery, and cost objectives, while maintaining up-to-date process
documentation such as work instructions and visual aids.
The Process Engineering Leader will play a key role in continuous
improvement initiatives, participating in Kaizen events, productivity projects,
and safety enhancements. Additionally, they will apply advanced statistical
tools to solve quality issues, eliminate customer complaints, and optimize
production performance.
Education:
- Bachelor's
degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electromechanical Engineering.
Requirements:
- Minimum
of 6 years in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on
experience with measurement instruments and process validation.
- CNC machining processes.
- Experience
with machining processes and blueprint interpretation.
- English: Professional Level
Knowledge:
- Expertise
in statistical tools (hypothesis testing, DOE, regression analysis,
logistic regression).
- Proficiency
in AutoCAD and other design software (SolidWorks is a plus).
- Experience
with Core Tools (APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP).
- Strong
understanding of process routings and workflow optimization.
- Familiarity
with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement
methodologies.
- Knowledge
of ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems.

- Promote

- Support
the ISO 9001 Quality Management System and contribute to process
standardization.
- Maintain
and enhance 5S practices in the production area.
- Lead
and participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives to
optimize operations.
- Utilize
advanced statistical tools to improve quality and delivery performance.
- Coordinate
and prioritize activities for the Process Engineering team.
- Lead Process
Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and PFMEA workshops to enhance process efficiency and
risk mitigation.
- Propose
and implement layout improvements within assigned Value Streams.
- Conduct
capability studies to ensure process reliability and performance.
- Drive
projects focused on increasing productivity and process efficiency.
- Develop
and update work instructions and visual aids to ensure process
consistency.
- Collaborate
directly with customers and suppliers on process-related topics.
- Identify
and implement new technologies to enhance productivity and improve
workplace safety.
- Optimize
process routings to align with current production workflows.
- Provide
manufacturing floor support, coordinating activities to ensure smooth
operations.
- Analyze
and define productivity improvement opportunities based on data-driven
insights.
- Ensure
employees work in a safe and ergonomic environment.
- Participate
in daily production meetings to align engineering activities with
operational needs.
