About Horse Technologies
Horse Technologies is part of Horse Powertrain Limited – an independent new powertrain solutions business, with over 125 years of heritage from Renault and Geely. We develop and produce world-class hybrid and combustion engines and transmissions to move our industry forward, offering many different paths to net zero.
This role is employed by Horse Technologies Division and is based in Valladolid , with occasional travel possible to Horse Powertrain’s other sites.

What you will do
Own and develop the Process Engineering PLM product roadmap and functional requirements.
Define and govern PLM, MES and SAP system integrations and data flows.
Lead Industry 4.0 and manufacturing digitalization initiatives.
Manage end-to-end technology projects with internal and external stakeholders.
Drive cross-functional collaboration between Engineering, Operations and IT teams.
Support change management, training and adoption of digital tools.
Monitor KPIs, system performance and data quality.
Manage product backlog, enhancements and continuous improvement activities.
What we’re looking for
A proven track record in PLM, Manufacturing Systems, or Industrial Digitalization projects, with experience managing digital transformation initiatives and system integrations.
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Manufacturing Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Excellent skills in project management and stakeholder management.
Strong competencies in business process analysis and cross-functional collaboration, with a collaborative approach.
Knowledge of the automotive sector, Horse Powertrain business, and our ambition to transform the industry.
Excellent command of English, both spoken and written; Spanish will be highly valued.
