This is a full-time position. When joining the team as a Process Engineer, this individual will use their expertise and experience to support the organization in achieving its operational successes. Deadlines will be met with accurate and precise detail to optimize the business objectives while aligning with customer specifications.

This individual will be responsible for handling product/process development projects from inception through first article approval utilizing standard manufacturing processes as well as rapid prototype technologies. This person must develop and create written processes and instructions and provide a structured approach to the identification and development of best practices within production areas. This person will also assist in various aspects of development and lends technical assistance to various departments while complying with all safety and environmental rules and regulations. This individual with be self-motivated with the ability to work with employees and our Management Team to become a part of a successful Industrial Casting Company with a good work life balance.

This is an exciting opportunity. It’s not just a job. As a Process Engineer, you will work in a key role ensuring the preparation of parts and appropriate SOPs are followed to ensure customer specifications are met. Using your keen eye for detail you will follow set specifications to ensure products are produced within process parameters, using a variety of tools, programs, and techniques.

This is a key component to our process, and we are looking for committed, enthusiastic team members. As a Process Engineer, you will receive extensive training while working within an experienced team. You will receive continuous feedback to help you grow and develop to maximize your potential.
