What will you do?
Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to reduce scrap, defects, and production costs.
Work with statistical methods, risk analysis, PFMEA, MSA, and other process control and improvement tools.
Investigate process deviations, quality issues, and customer complaints in collaboration with the Quality and Manufacturing teams.
Participate in customer and internal audits and present process-related information.
Develop and implement new or improved manufacturing and testing processes.
Define requirements for manufacturing equipment and collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers.
Participate in projects involving the introduction of new products and new equipment.
Work on optimizing production flow and equipment layout.
Create and maintain technical documentation, work instructions, checklists, and process standards.
Support the validation and qualification of processes and equipment.
Collaborate with global teams and share best practices across manufacturing locations.
What are we looking for?
Bachelor’s degree in Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or another engineering discipline.
Interest in manufacturing processes, quality, and technical analysis.
Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.
Basic knowledge of electronics, electrical engineering, or manufacturing technologies.
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Willingness to learn, adapt, and continuously develop professionally.
Good proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
Gross Annual Salary Range:
13,989.00 EUR - 19,234.60 EUR
The salary range is published in line with the EU Pay Transparency Directive and relevant country legislation.
