Support internal and external (GMA, IATF16949, Customer) audit
Response in FT process that major process are FT motion and Magnetic
Create and set standard working document control PFMEA, Control plan, SWE
Co-working with a cross-functional team for provide root cause investigation, containment action and improvement action
Provide 8D report, 3x5Why in case factory escape or customer complaint.
Perform process control and process improvement with 5M 1E problem analysis
Investigate & analyze involved processing material - Non-machine
Lead improvement projects from quality, yield, cost and production flexibility, and support the production floor to maintain better manufacturing performance. only process plan not equipment right? NO
Qualify new products, program/recipe and follow up for better manufacturability.
Any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Process and Quality improvements for Motion products already in manufacturing
Support all upcoming Motion NPI/NTI
Implement robust process control and support production processes
Document control such as PFMEA / Control plan / SWE Common in Process Engineering knowledge
Job Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in mechanics, electronics, automation, and other related fields. The Electronics Engineering is preferred.
1-3 years of experience in related fields.
Collaborative skills for working efficiently in a team with worldwide connections with partners and users.
Good communication and presentation skills across various levels of the company.
Independent, self-motivated, and willing to learn with good discipline, and with process statistical control capability, is preferred.
Good knowledge and practice of MS Office.
