Process Engineer

SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

Are you passionate about creating and maintaining optimized production processes? We're looking for a talented Process Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll ensure the highest product quality and quantity, focusing on Right First Time production and maintaining stable throughput times.
This position is based in our 10th of Ramadan factory and will report to the "QC/Process Manager"

Responsibilities:

• Creating formulations for products with specific, optimized process parameters.

• Updating and modifying formulations as required by Group R&D.

• Providing daily support and coaching to production operators for process optimization.

• Optimizing recipes to maintain competitiveness in the local market within the framework of regional and global R&D.

• Offering technical support and collaborating closely with maintenance.

• Monitoring process and quality deviations, investigating product complaints, and evaluating the need for improvements

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR AND WHAT WE OFFER

What we look for:

• A chemistry background is a must.

• 3 + years of experience in manufacturing.

• Experience in the paint industry is preferable.
