Descripción del empleo
- Ensures Manufacturing Process and the line release according to the engineering, safety principles, customer requirements, BOSCH standards and process specifications.
- Assure that the process runs stable and can comply with the KPIs in order to reach the value stream targets.
- Execute an lead the technical experience(Problem solving methods), to solve the main issues avoid quality defects in all phases of testing process.
- Leadership to coordinate the IPN follow up of the given indicators in order to define plans of action and avoid the process deviations.
- Lead the continuous improvement projects and reduction of cost activities
- Define priorities, autonomy, coaching and follow up of projects and targets required in the values stream
