As a Process Engineer you’ll be responsible for PCBA processes for in-house production

What you’ll do
-
Lead / maintain process related to electronics assembly
- Develop advanced PCBA manufacturing technology and process. Implement new manufacturing technology or materials for high yield and cost effectiveness
- Manage work instructions, process documentation
- Participate in new product introduction of PCBA assemblies, working closely with design engineers, and products specialists
Your qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, in engineering /-related area (preferred Electrical enginnering, automation)
- Good understanding of automation techniques, databases, and computation software

Experience in implementing engineering projects (new technology/new machine introduction)

Good problem solving skills and mindset

Well developed self-organizing skills

Good command of English language (written/spoken)
Preferred Skills and experience:
- Hands-on experience working in SMT processing and/or related PCBA processes (4+ years)
- Knowledge of statistical techniques and methods such as experiment design
- Knowledge of IPC manufacturing standards
- Experience with SQL, Python
- Experience with LEAN Six Sigma
- Experience with basic failure analysis tools and methods (X-ray, cross-section, polishing)
