The annual salary range for this position is $88,000.00 - $132,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

- Partner with operations leaders to understand constraints and recommend process improvements
- Conduct time studies, work measurement, and process observations to identify opportunities
- Analyze operational data using statistical and analytical tools to support decisions
- Build process maps, standard work documentation, and operational performance reports
- Support implementation and validation of automation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering field
- 0–3 years in engineering, manufacturing, distribution, and/or supply chain (intern/co-op preferred)
- Working knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, and statistical analysis
- Experience with process mapping and statistical tools (e.g., Minitab)
- Strong Excel skills and exposure to data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
