Job DescriptionAssignment Context
We are seeking expertise in process engineering to develop fit-for-purpose and safe-by-design process solutions that align with our company Referential. The scope of work includes developing and updating Process Flow Diagrams, Heat and Material Balances, and Process Data Sheets & Specifications for Process Units.
Additionally, expertise is required to develop and update Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams and Safety Logic Diagrams following site modifications or surveys. The role involves performing process simulations and maintaining up-to-date models of Plant and Wellpad areas.
Participation in site surveys for requested modifications and involvement in project safety studies reviews such as HAZID, HAZOP, and PR as a Process and Flow Assurance subject matter expert is essential. The expertise will also validate new revisions of as-built documents during engineering and for modification close-out, and assist with the procurement of equipment as per process specifications, including bid evaluation and contract administration.
Objectives and Deliverables
•Develop and implement process solutions that are safe and aligned with company standards.
•Update and maintain accurate Process Flow Diagrams, Heat and Material Balances, and Process Data Sheets.
•Ensure Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams and Safety Logic Diagrams are current and reflect site modifications.
•Conduct process simulations and maintain models for Plant and Wellpad areas.
•Participate in safety studies and validate process documentation for engineering and modification close-out.
•Support equipment procurement processes, including bid evaluation and contract administration.
