The Process Engineer supports operational scalability by analyzing, designing, documenting, and improving business processes across Business Operations, including quoting, ordering, billing, and customer operations. This role partners with cross-functional teams to solve operational problems, improve workflows, support root cause analysis, and maintain process documentation and change management practices.
What you will be doing:
Analyze workflows, handoffs, pain points, and operational trends to identify improvement opportunities.
Design and document scalable processes, SOPs, controls, and change management materials.
Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for operational issues, escalations, and recurring gaps.
Coordinate process support for new product introduction, go-to-market operations, ticket management, credit, royalties, and related initiatives.
Partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements, align process changes, and support adoption.
Track process performance, demand, and improvement outcomes to support prioritization and capacity planning.
Build repeatable practices that improve resolution speed, scalability, and operational efficiency.
What you will likely bring:
Strong process analysis, workflow design, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of Industrial Engineering methods, including process mapping, capacity analysis, time studies, workflow optimization, and continuous improvement.
Ability to perform root cause analysis and translate findings into practical corrective actions.
Strong collaboration skills across Product, Operations, PMO, IT, Billing, and Customer Operations.
Working knowledge of change management, process controls, metrics, and operational reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
3+ years experience documenting and improving cross-functional business processes.
3+ years experience supporting operational issue resolution, root cause analysis, workflow optimization, and change management.
