As a Process Engineer, you will utilize engineering knowledge and principles to find, design and implement productivity and quality improvements at Paulo Cleveland. The position encompasses assisting all Paulo Cleveland departments with regards to data acquisition and analysis as well as assisting the Project Engineering Department as a Project Manager on all size projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Find, design, and lead implementation plans for cost, productivity, profitability, and/or quality improvement using engineering, production, and outside resources.

Develop functional reports, predictive models and tools based on information gathered from research and analysis.

Effectively report improvement options to stakeholders and interested parties.

Make observations and take measurements directly, as well as collecting and interpreting data from the other technical and operating staff involved.

Look for best practices.

Assist as needed in the installation and startup of new, rebuilt, or relocated equipment.

Develop plant layouts and material flows using sound IE practices balanced with the ROI for a given project while weighing future expansion opportunities.

Must be proficient and quickly learn company software (AutoCad, Solid Edge, Microsoft Products, modeling software and internally developed products, etc.).

Create and write process and procedures for quality adherence and sustainability

Develop work instructions and train the trainer materials

Utilize lean principles and practices in problem solving and process improvement

Assist as needed with Sales and Estimating, in new or existing job strategies to develop the most efficient production models over an entire job life cycle.
QualificationsKnowledge:
- Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing/industrial engineering strongly preferred.
- Other bachelor's degrees in relevant disciplines may be considered
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications:
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen, this includes THC.
License(s)/Certification(s) Required:
- Valid drivers license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record in compliance with Paulo's Vehicle Use Policy.

Skills Required
