Process Engineer
FULL-TIME | Rancho Cordova
Assist in maintaining and improving manufacturing processes through data-driven problem solving, process monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives to support production goals, product quality, and cost-effective operations as proposed by management/Operational Excellence teams.
Your tasks:
■ Close coordination with the CERATIZIT Group to define OE projects and project teams for transferring production technology
■ Establishing new technology and processes and implementing new products into the production portfolio
■ Assist in preparing and reviewing quotations for special product requests
■ Introduction of Continual Improvement Process (KVP) and PDCA Management
■ Conduction and documentation of grinding tests for improving tool quality
Your profile:
■ BS Engineering or related field. Alternative of other education with emphasis on production processes or several years of experience
■ Strong computer proficiency (all MS office applications), IT background a plus
■ Superior time management, prioritization and project management skills
■ High intrinsic motivation to positively complete projects
■ Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
