Job Description/Preferred Qualifications
The Customer Acceptance (CA) team plays a critical role in driving customer success. The team is responsible for the full qualification and on-time delivery of KLA tools to leading semiconductor customers worldwide, including Intel, Samsung, TSMC, and others.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute tool qualification in accordance with customer specifications and acceptance criteria
Perform comprehensive data analysis and manage large, complex datasets to support qualification decisions
Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve HW, application, and quality issues
Drive execution within predefined schedules, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and delivery commitments
Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications & Skills
- BA/ Bsc in Statistics/Information Systems , Practical Engineer in Electronics or a related field ; BSc degree– an advantage
- Strong proficiency in Excel; experience with JMP and Python – an advantage
- High level of English proficiency (written and verbal)
- Proven ability to work with and analyze large datasets
- Fast learner with a strong analytical mindset
- Team player with strong collaboration skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
