Our Technical Operations team is growing! We are recruiting for a Process Engineer who will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring the use of manufacturing technologies and best practices, while growing technical capability throughout the manufacturing organization.
About the role

• Deliver vertical start-up of projects using Start-up Management processes for equipment
• Monitor and drive factory performance and support plants to sustain and make continuous improvements
• Manage the hand-off transition between functions and ensure projects deliver against the business case
• Manage equipment commissioning, qualification, and verification activities throughout capital project installation and start up
• Ensure growth and Capex projects incorporate the right technologies and best practices to optimize profitable growth
• Act as a coach within the manufacturing environment

About you

• University degree required in Engineering, Science or related field
• Experience with start-up management concepts and equipment commissioning
• Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to improve process efficiencies
• Experience with electrical and controls systems design and programming
• Knowledge of Autonomous Maintenance Systems
• Ability to understand process flow diagrams, P&IDs, and process narratives
• Highly developed interpersonal and influential skills
• Developed project management skills
• Experience in training and facilitation
