Primary Responsibilities / DUTIES- Handle daily processing and inspection orders to warehouse, monitoring inventories, and prioritizing processing orders promptly and accurately
- Understand the product specification and establish appropriate inspection standard
- Communicate with RA and prepare the hazard labels to comply the domestic regulations
- Establish and monitor the inspection and calibration processes for hardware products
- Communicate with external repair center and monitor their KPIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing team and 3PL supervisor to resolve WH related issues in timely manner
- Analyze warehouse cost for improvement and optimization of operation
- Track KPIs such as warehouse cost
- Assist other members as backup resource
- Potentially, special ad-hoc project assignment to be given (e.g. global SAP integration)
- At least 5 years’ experience in engineering role (e.g. process engineer, R&D, Quality control)
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with external warehouse and internal cross functional team
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in warehouse management and incoming inspection process
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Commitment to continuous improvement and excellence in customer service delivery
- A proven ability to use spreadsheets, word-processing, presentation, database and management information systems
- Open communication, ability to grasp the things from a bird’s eye view and able to think by him/ her-self to lead the way to solve the difficulties.
- Flexibility to approach new tasks with a positive attitude
- Native Japanese, Business level English (e.g. TOEIC score over 700)
