Wells Fargo is seeking a Process Engineer.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and lead process design or improvement initiatives
- Utilize process expertise for multiple business groups and provide data
- Be responsible for completing integrated process analyses, identify procedural and control deficiencies, and recommend solutions
- Work on complex problems involving process segments to identify risks, impacts, and opportunities
- Consult with leaders to understand, adapt research, and create alternatives for consideration
- Effectively communicate relevant information to business partners and leadership
- Interpret policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- Interact with internal customers
- Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Process Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training or education
Desired Qualifications:
- Hands on experience with the Alfresco Lightweight Workflow tool, iGrafx (or similar process repository tool), Microsoft products
- Review design documentation received from onshore resources(s)
- Configure new LWWF models or modify existing LWWF models.
- Test in multiple environments, promoting to subsequent environments when ready.
- Coordinate with onshore resource re: readiness and/or issues.
- Should be well versed with techniques like Lean, Six Sigma, JIRA, SharePoint, and advanced Excel.
- Experience leveraging automation and low-code tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint) to support process improvements.
- Familiarity with Python or scripting for data analysis or process insights
- Experience with Risk Identification techniques, including RCSA, Root Cause Analysis, control reviews/testing, and audit support.
- Exposure to process testing, validation, and readiness coordination with onshore or cross-functional teams.
