To strengthen our team, we are currently seeking a Process Engineer (m/f/d).
Your responsibilities will include:
Lead the maintenance department and own process performance, standards, and continuous improvement
Drive responsibilities according to the PDCA cycle:
Plan: Define process optimization, debottlenecking, maintenance plans, and technical requirements; support production planning and risk assessments (HAZOP, JSA, MOC)
Do: Execute troubleshooting, implement process improvements, and ensure effective process control and maintenance coordination
Check: Monitor and analyze KPIs (efficiency, reliability, energy), track equipment performance, and support audits
Act: Initiate CAPA, drive continuous improvement, and update process documentation
Provide technical support to production, projects, and new equipment definition
Act as the technical interface between production and maintenance; define maintenance priorities
Ensure process safety and promote a strong safety culture
Ensure compliance with IMS standards (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001), including:
Maintaining process quality and consistency, supporting audits and CAPA
Reducing environmental impact and ensuring regulatory compliance
Ensuring safe process design and operation
Monitoring and improving energy efficiency
Lead small-to-medium projects and manage technical changes
Train personnel and support knowledge sharing across the organization
Maintain high standards of housekeeping and workplace organization (5S)
