Job DescriptionAre you ready to design the future of our warehouse operations? We are looking for a highly analytical and hands-on Process Engineer to join our Logistics Engineering department.
This isn't just about drawing theoretical concepts on a whiteboard. Our team acts as an operational unit meaning you will take specific, fully defined tasks from Operations, Supply Chain Excellence, Capacity Planning, and other stakeholders, and turn them into functional, measurable reality on the warehouse floor. If you have a passion for intralogistics, automation, and continuous improvement, and want to see your layouts, technical assumptions, and flow logic come to life, this is the role for you.
Design & Optimize Logistics Processes
Analyze & Re-engineer: Evaluate existing logistics processes across our warehouse and distribution network to identify bottlenecks, eliminate inefficiencies, and optimize operational cost performance.
Build the Blueprint: Prepare precise technical assumptions, warehouse layouts, material-flow logic, and solution scenarios for both new project initiatives and daily operational workflows.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Work side-by-side with Operations and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to review existing workflows, support network-wide standardization, and ensure smooth integration of new processes into daily routines.
Implement Technology & Automation
Deploy Modern Solutions: Propose and champion the rollout of new automation technologies, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and advanced warehouse equipment to streamline operations.
Support Procurement & RFQs: Participate in supplier evaluations, assist in preparing RFQs, and help select and procure the right technical infrastructure and automation solutions for the job.
Maintain Engineering Standards: Create and maintain pristine technical and engineering documentation—including layouts, equipment lists, and material-flow concepts—to guarantee high quality and future scalability.
Leverage Data & Ensure Operational Excellence
Data-Driven Insights: Conduct rigorous capacity, throughput, and space-utilization analyses. Translate operational performance data into clear trends, risk assessments, backlog visibility, and actionable optimization opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong partnerships with Operations, SMEs, Purchasing, IT, Facility, and external suppliers to align all logistics solutions with company objectives and actively participate in group-wide projects across the AUTODOC Group.
Champion Safety & Compliance: Ensure that every process designed and solution implemented strictly complies with health, safety, and operational regulations, actively promoting a strong safety culture on the shopfloor.
We need a technical problem-solver who understands complex logistics systems but is entirely comfortable communicating those concepts to operational teams and stakeholders across the business.
A degree in Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in logistics, industrial, or systems engineering. Experience with warehouse or intralogistics projects in fast-paced distribution centers or e-commerce environments is highly preferred.
Strong working knowledge of automation systems and equipment used in modern logistics and distribution environments.
Proven ability to manage improvement projects from concept to completion while coordinating tasks across cross-functional teams.
Advanced analytical skills with the ability to dive deep into operational data, capacity, and throughput to uncover improvement opportunities.
Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of translating complex engineering scenarios into clear insights for diverse stakeholders.
Advanced proficiency in English and Polish is required, along with willingness to travel occasionally across our European Distribution Centers.
Competitive salaries based on your professional experience
Stable employment in a fast-growing international company
A cafeteria benefits system that lets you choose from options such as life insurance, private medical care, a sports card, cinema tickets, and more
Transportation services available for all warehouse employees
Guaranteed 26 vacation days per calendar year, regardless of seniority
