The opportunity

How you’ll make an impact

Monitor and maintain existing processes
Support production for Implantation and Diffusion areas
Support R&D process development in conjunction with the R&D group
Develop and optimize process steps for 1-2 process areas
Define and implement projects to increase productivity and yield
Plan, evaluate, and commission new tools (e.g., creating specifications)
Provide technical support for Product Engineering, PM, technical purchasing, and sales
Create work instructions and train operators
Mentor new colleagues and pass on technical knowledge
Optimize proposals and make recipes more robust

Your background

Bachelor's degree in Material Engineering or Chemical Engineering
Several years of experience as a process engineer or senior engineer
Understanding of mechanical or electrical tools performance
Proficiency in statistics and data analysis (Python and Power BI)
Experience in mass production or automotive industry
Semiconductor experience is highly desirable
Proactive and strong communication skills
