Step into a high‑impact role where your expertise in process engineering helps shape how our teams operate, collaborate, and deliver. As a Process Engineering Specialist, you’ll analyze operations, develop smart and efficient procedures, and partner closely with groups such as HSE, Quality, Production, Maintenance, Inventory, and Test. You’ll play a critical role in advancing the successful roll‑out of Global Product Group (GPG) standard products and processes—enhancing flow, efficiency, and performance across the operation.

You’ll bring forward new ideas, champion standardization, and help create environments where safety, quality, and productivity thrive.
Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
- Monitor and assess the overall health of GPG standard processes.
- Analyze and improve production flow, operator movement, and area layout.
- Lead or participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement activities.
- Create and maintain Work Instructions and Standard Work.
- Identify and execute CAPEX and cost‑out improvement projects.
- Collaborate across HSE, Engineering, Production, Quality, and Procurement.
- Troubleshoot issues while balancing urgency with safety and quality requirements.
- Use software tools to conduct analyses, prepare reports, and support engineering activities.
- Degree in Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with production or manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with Lean methodologies and continuous improvement principles.
- Ability to analyze data using standard engineering and computer tools.
- Strong communication skills for working across departments.
- Ability to resolve routine technical problems using sound engineering judgment.
