Process engineer (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:

• Established the production standard methods  for current proces according to the process floe diagram and control plan, integrating the 4M's (Material, Machine, Method and Main).
• Supports the training processes to achieve the training shedule according to the established standard.
• Develops and maintains updated the necesary documents to establish the production standard (SOP, procedures, Forms, etc.).
• Assist the production department to solve the process issues that effect the main KPI in the areas of Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost (SQDC) by evaluating the 4M's + 2M's.
• Assist the quality department in solving issues and develop imporvement activities that coming from internal and external sources.
• Audits current processes to improve the efficiency of methods.
• Is responsibble for the initial issuance of the PFMEA.
• Coordinates updating the PFMEA according to the revision and update schedule to improve the process performance.
• Assures that process capability is met ith established methods and develops ations to improve and/or correct them if is needed.
• Participates in HSE activities and programs.
• Participates in the when necessary production meetings, providing information, current status of the actions and proposing actions accodings to the results.
• Execute and coordinates the tests the Engineering Change related on the production process.
• Participates in the definition of optimal production methods for new processes or products integrating 4M's and meeting SQDC.
• Coordinates the implementation of new production projects and/or processes.
• Follow-up to activities assigned to engineering to meet dates of new projects according the implementation schedule.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or Similar.
• 3 or more years experience on the manufacturing processes, preferably on rubber molding, assembly processes and automation, programing of PLC, Robots, Cobots.
• Manufacturing process definition for costing (Process Engineering Process Map),
• Lean methodology production process,
• Manufacturing process principles (assembly or mixing or bonding or plastic or MCU or vulcanization)
• Process steps (process desing, specification book and process release), Designing of tools and equipment, knowledge about tool manufacturing an tool maintenance IATF, Core Tools, PFMEA and interpretation of drawing GD&T.
